    Key Dies was incorporated in 1988 and offers over 20 years of experience in the steel rule die industry. Key Dies, Inc. specializes in, but is not limited to, offering cutting dies for vacuum formed plastic parts. Cutting dies may require special construction for various heights and shapes. We have the knowledge, experience, and capability to handle these requirements. Our dies can be constructed from 2 point (.028" thick) .918" high rule, to 4 point (.056" thick) 4" high rule, to 6 point (.084" thick) 2" high rule. Some of the materials we use include steel, aluminum, wood, composites, and rubber.

    Key Dies, Inc. uses Cimex but does have available the translating software to accept most file types. We can do reverse engineering and prototyping. Quality control is simple: We can inspect every piece, we say what we do and do what we say, we practice what we are about, and can give a detailed report for inspection.
